I've released a new novelette, Rotten Roots. The story is set in Fels, like my Order of the Strawberry Circle series, but I wanted to write a story for older readers this time.

Rotten Roots follows Fels' graveyard keeper, Sven, and his ghost dog, Fi as they explore the town in search of a supernatural disturbance, late one summer night. In a town with a bit of history, some of it, a lot of it not so great, the disturbance could be rooted anywhere. And if left to grow, it might soon encompass the entire town.

This is an experimental story, slow burn, neither a lot of action nor much gore. Maybe you could find similarities to Kentucky Route Zero, or Only Lovers Left Alive. It plays with the concept of liminal spaces and mix it with the smalltown horror Fels is already known for.
